BLOCKING MEASURES
Blocking Measures is an artwork exploring probability. It takes a simple, unpredictable event (a particle randomly moving left or right) and looks at the levels of complexity that can emerge when several of these particles are left to interact with each other.
Blocking Measures was created in collaboration with Márton Balázs, a specialist in stochastic interacting particle systems, during my time as Artist-in-Residence with University of Bristol School of Mathematics.
